Ballroom Hotel
Enjoy John Wayne, Gene Autry, Hop Along Cassidy & many others as you float through peaceful dreams and under clear, star-filled nights. Each of these 11 rooms are located around our Grand Ballroom and are furnished for families, couples and singles.
The Deadwood Hotel
Miss Ellie's showcases some of the best views in town with her 2nd story view & spacious patio. The Jail, just below, shares all the modern conveniences of a standard hotel room, including bars on the windows and the sheriff's office memorabilia.
Broncs, Mavericks & Cowpokes were recently converted into hotel rooms. Formerly summer camp cabins, they are fully furnished & climate controlled with appropriate lighting. These 3 hotel rooms use a private bathhouse just next door.
Big Oak Lodge
Big Oak's 3 rooms are connected by 1 long covered porch. A pond directly in front and adequate parking to the side. Big Oak is a family favorite if you desire some quiet time but still enjoy being close to the action.
Guest Homes
Nestled within the amenities, activities and gathering spaces at Lone Oak, and sleeping 6 people each, the Carriage House and Mr. Goodnight's Guest Homes offer groups and families more opportunity to gather, rest, eat & enjoy!
Carriage Guest Home
Enjoy the gentle, shaded breeze consistently felt from the wrap around porch of the Carriage House. Located "downtown," the Carriage House (cap: 6 guests) also offers a master bedroom (Queen bed) and guest room (2 bunk beds), full bath, full kitchen, dining area, living room, central heat and air and a view of nearly ever space at the ranch.
Mr. Goodnight's Home
Quaint and quiet, Mr. Goodnight's (cap: 6 guests) shares 3 bedrooms, a full-sized kitchen, dining room, living room, full bath & porch. A master bedroom with queen bed and dresser is located downstairs, while the 2 guest rooms are located upstairs and are furnished with 2 twin beds in each.
Fort Dodge Bunk Houses & Bunk House Hotel Rooms
Our Fort Dodge Lodge bunk houses can be used as individual spaces (10-20 guests/cabin) or for larger groups (40-140).
They are safe, air conditioned and well-lit. Each bunk house is furnished with bunk beds, ceiling fans, multiple electrical outlets and covered porches. Bathroom facilities are within or directly next door.

Fort Dodge Bunk Houses
Fort Dodge bunk houses include 4 log cabin, summer camp style, climate controlled overnight spaces with restroom facilities just next door. With a capacity of 80-100 guests, they are perfect for larger groups and cost savings! Bed and bath linens are not provided in these spaces.
