The Chapel
The Chapel is the most talked-about facility at Lone Oak. It has been used consistently for evangelical prayer services, a Catholic mass, or general gathering. Originally built in the late 1800’s, the chapel is furnished with climate control, ceiling fans, appropriate lighting, stage and in-house sound system.
Seating Capacity: 200 guests.
The Grove (Outdoor)
The Grove is beautifully set in the woods. Bench seating with plenty of space to bring additional lawn and camp chairs, this outdoor area is a crowd favorite for those looking to remain in nature.
Seating Capacity: 250 guests.

Group Indoor Meeting Spaces
One or more meeting spaces are packaged with nearly every retreat and camp experience we provide. With a variety of capacities, each space has its own personality and comes equipped with tables and chairs. A sound system and linens can be added upon request.
The Ballroom
A seamless mix of sophistication and subtle hints of western class. The Ballroom can accommodate a large group meeting space setting of any sort. The large stage can be used for additional seating, a presentation, band, DJ or other program. It hosts an antique saloon-style bar for a unique beverage service. Seats 300, Dines 200
The Pool House
The Pool House offers a unique option for any indoor/outdoor event. It's warm, log-cabin feel, fireplace, beautifully-stained floors, and double doors that open to a sparkling pool assist in creating a comfortable environment for any meeting or gathering. Seats 75

The Rodeo Cafe
The Rodeo Cafe is decorated as an Old West Rodeo with memorabilia, photos and original bucking chutes. It is the centerpiece of downtown Lone Oak and comes equipped with a commercial kitchen and an outdoor patio for additional seating. The Cafe serves as a great location for most retreat meals and as an additional meeting space if needed. Seats/Dines: 75
The Rec Arena
Soon to be covered in 12,000 square feet of artificial turf, this space will also have a 5400 square feet concrete slab. Great for any occasion, this space is covered, equipped with appropriate lighting, and bathroom facilities. Bring your large event, company picnic or performance.
Theater
Newly Renovated! With spacious windows and a little western flare, the Theater is the perfect space for a rehearsal dinner, corporate event, or celebration. Seats 45
Mother Micks
Mother Micks is filled with rustic hunting and fishing décor and is a great room for business meetings or birthday parties. Seats 45, Dines 30

Food & Beverage Options
In addition to our venue space, our food and beverage service is guaranteed quality. We offer a wide variety of fabulous dining and drink options. Our chef has years of background in the food service industry and adds his personal spin on our traditional meals.
